Was able to adjust the temperature of steering wheel , Know I can't find were I made the adjustment want to lower temp . I have a 2019 XLT .

You can use the voice control. Theres no actual button to do that though atleast on my ltd.

The only way I know to adjust the temperature of the heated steering wheel is through FORSCAN.
