Help! Anyone else with Platinum Fuel Pump Problems

Our 2018 Ford Expedition Platinum has just 2000 Miles. We’ve been stranded 2 times by a fuel pump failure. Anyone know anything about this problem. The mechanics at the dealership don’t seem to know anything about it.
