i need to know what wires i need to use to get power to the seat from an 03 navigator. just the driver side power seat. not worried about the heat or cooling right now

Should be a dark green wire coming off a 30A fuse 109 feeding power to the seat control module (located under the seat...) , and a black ground wire. Then you have a whole spider web harness running from the seat switches to the module and from the module to the seat motors.

Do your power mirrors work ? 'Cause there is a known issue with a splice in the wire harness near the fuse box coming apart, killing power to the seats and mirrors.
