Yes rtbrjason, I can see how hitting the rear wiper arm with a rubber mallet while driving can be cumbersome. Isn't that why we have kids for?
What I'm talking about with the rubber mallet, pavojc, is this. If you haven't tried any of the suggestions for fuses, power to the switch, motor removal procedure try this. If you haven't removed the motor from the door yet. Try this.
1)Get in your car and turn the ignition to on, or start her up
2)Put you window down, or leave the door open so you don't lock yourself out(I only have one starting key so this is an issue for me)
3)turn the rear motor switch on the stalk to the on hi position
4)see if motor turns on. If yes HOORAY! If not then try this
5)with a lightweight rubber mallet tap/strike the arm nearest to the base.
Like I said, If there is power to the motor then it's most likely the hex adjuster. Unfortunately you have to undo everything to adjust it. Smacking it with a rubber mallet usually frees it enough to work for a day or two.
Have you had any progress? Let us know. Good Luck.
