How to replace speakers in Ford Expedition 2005

Hey people,
I want to replace factory speakers with other speakers. I got Kicker 5x7 one is component and another one is coaxial. My question is if some one can hook me up with some manual how to open door panels. Because I never done it before in Expedition.
