I need another key!

I just got a 2001 Expy EB. Problem is I only got one key. Where can I get another made, please don't tell me stealership! It does have the security system. Price?

If you only have one key you do need to go to the dealer. That year won't allow the addition of another programmed key unless you have the first two.

If you had two keys, then programming instructions for additional keys can be found in the manual. It's quite simple to do.

But you need two keys to start with.

Yep, unfourtunately you have to go to the dealer and it's going to cost you about $60. Once you have 2 keys, go on ebay, buy a blank (about $10) , get it cut and program it. It's super easy. This way, you won't have to get screwed by the dealer for a stinkin key ever again. Been down this road with my 99 EB.

what about for the 03's? I lost my extra key and would like to have a new extra.

You better have two---period---Bob
