Hello,
As the 'title' says I am new. I have had Suburbans and Tahoe in the past but for the last 11 years I had a Highlander and a RX350. We travel a lot and the Lexus cargo area proved to be too small....luggage/packing. Soooooo, I was looking at a Tahoe (certified 2016 or 2017) but read an article that seemed to imply the Expedition 'rode' and 'drove' a tad better than a Tahoe?? Sooooo, I went to a Ford dealer and looked. I looked at a "Limited" version and liked what I saw and it did/does drive nice and ride nice. The HUGE discount admittedly was a HUGE influencing factor in buying it.

I hope I made a good decision..........

I hope to learn from/on this forum about the vehicle and what to look for and lookout for.

One disappointment tho is that I cannot adjust the rear liftgate height.

Welcome to the Forum NorthGeorgia!

I was a little disappointed myself at not being able to adjust the height, but it was quickly forgotten.

You clearly made a wise and informed decision. There is so much to like about the Expedition. :D

Dang, that Southern boy from Georgia bought my same truck! Welcome to the club and congrats on your new truck! You are really going to love it!

Yes, the rear deck is high off the ground but as a single guy, I LOVE having all the room I need! I will turn over 25K on my truck this week and it still drives like new AND my mileage since new just moved up to 17.9MPG since the night I drove it off the lot!

This is a jet pump that I took home from the office last Friday so I could "jet-out" my septic leach field.....and I don't enjoy driving a pickup truck!

Hey Andy....you are going to need to reshoot all your avatar pics...now that you added the trim!

Jeff, The Avatar picture is good because you can't see the third row chrome strip. I did update the signature picture to one long one instead of 4 separate pictures. Apparently depending on your screen size the pictures would rearrange themselves and create a "wall of pictures" This should be more user friendly. LED Tail Lights will be here today. Depending on when they get here and what the rain does, I may or may not get them installed today.
