Interior lights and windows not working

I checked all the fuses and relays under the hood and dash. I am not sure what controls what so I checked them all with a DMM. I put an led light in and it seemed to cause the lights to stop working and the electric windows. I have since removed the led light but am unable to find what needs to be replaced. Power locks, radio and wipers and wiper fluid pump work fine

I also did a a OBD2 scan and found no faults.

Any idea?

Did you check the fuses with them in place and the ignition in "run"?

It was a blown fuse, but, when replaced the relay clicks, and it blows immediately...

Sounds like a short to ground if the fuse blows as soon as it is installed.

Please add the year of your Expy to your sig line, then in future posts we won't have to keep asking. Once we know which year you have, we can look at the correct diagrams.
