Intermittent Noise Under Dash

I have a 2019 Limited Max 4x4. On a recent trip (02 Jan 21) from Alabama to Ohio, I noted an unusual noise under the dash on the drivers side. It sounds like liquid running through a pipe. It would act up for a minute or two, then be quiet for a while, then repeat. Over the course of an 8 hour trip, it probably acted up for a half hour total time, but it occurred in AL, TN & KY. Has anybody had a similar thing occur and how did you fix it?

Don’t know. Doesn’t that use engine coolant?

Yes, your coolant runs thru the heater core, possibly air mixed in, or surging? Just a guess.
