My 2006 had the rear window shatter a couple of years back. Now that is has been replaced in a rain there is a small leak inside the truck. Is there a way to adjust the glass or do you think it is more to do with the weather stripping?

It is a very small leak as normally I just see dried water run spots on the window when I am cleaning. But I have found a little water on it every once in awhile.

Weatherstripping is a common cause. Before replacing the weatherstripping make sure the weatherstripping and the contact surface is clean. The weather stripping should be soft, pliable, no cracks or tears. To help pinpoint the area, you can go inside and look for leaks while someone outside sprays the window with water.
