I put in led headlights, i forgot the brand. My passenger side light keeps going out, its random and hella annoying. At first it would just dim, now it goes out. It can be for just a few min, intermittent, or completely off for a substantial amount of time. Tried to see what was wrong, but the time i decided to take a look, its working normally. Anyone whose changed their bulbs to leds have had the same problems? Could it be the bulb or the module? Any way to trouble shoot without takin it to dealer or buying New bulbs?

I would contact the seller of the bulb and ask about warranty coverage. They might just replace the bulb for you.

I used Hikari's with philips lumileds in both my 2018 EXPY & my 2018 F150 XLT
Have not had any issues with them in either vehicle
Used them for high & low beam
Brightness also much better than brand tried previously (Which I returned through AMAZON PRIME)

I know it's a little work, but do like we recommend on the ignition coils, swap sides. If it does the same on that side, you know it's the bulb, and not something a little tougher to nail down. Easy peasy!

Like I’ve said all along, get a quality set. Diode Dynamics in both my Expeditions low and high beams never had an issue

For all the trouble ripping the front apart, I would buy the best bulbs available....

FYI:

It takes about 5 minutes to swap in LED bulbs.

But I still hate having a bulb go out unexpectedly, be it 1 year or 5 years. I too got the Hikari Ultras.
