I used 3M glass black 1080 vinyl I bought off amazon. I bought a giant roll, as I was going to do teh grill too, but you only need a few sq ft.

Did you do the grille in vinyl? It looks like a huge time consuming PIA. I’d like to see pics of you did.

Bought the bilstiens - f150 fronts expy rears but now I’m not sure if I want the full 3” up front. Took the tires/wheels off my old expy play around a bit. Debating waiting for the new 295/70/18 BF Goodrich KO2 to come out in a few months

Just finished the 3/2 lift with new 20” Fuel wheels with -18 offset and 275/60/20 Mickey Thompson Baja A/T’s. Zero rub and zero trimming. Still looks pretty big & aggressive for an expedition. Chrome delete starts this weekend…wish me luck.

MPG sucks. If I really concentrate on it, around 15. I don’t ever put it into Eco mode though

2019 On 295/70r18 Nitto G2’s with 2021 F150 Fx4 wheels and a 1” spacer.
Right now it has a 1.5in spacer in the front, but I have F150 Eibach fronts and Expy Bilstein tears to go on. Just content for right now so saving them for when the complacency runs out.

It has touched once or twice backing out of the driveway at full lock, hasn’t rubbed at all going forward.

Not lifted, but just purchased this 2018 and they came with these Black Rhino armory wheels. Not sure I like the look of the wheel but I love the overall stance.

Anyone know where I can get the specs without dismounting? I a looking to sell. Thanks!

II I just traded in my stock 22" wheels and tires (which in my experience were minimally capable in snow), for Black Rhino 22's and some tires with more meat on them. I wanted more capability and slightly more aggressive look without going for the full off road look. Ultimately i decided against suspension mods at this time. This expo will see plenty snow, but nothing off the road. Very happy with the outcome. NO noticeable difference in ride or tire noise, no rubbing. On 22's I believe this is as large as you can go without mods to suspension.

22" Black Rhino Kunene 9.5 30 (i think)
Toyo AT3 305/45/22

This looks great! I'm likely going with the 305's on my stock rims when my Hankooks finally give out (which is soon). Looks like it fills the wheel wells out a little more and provides a slightly more aggressive stance without having to mess with the lift.

Won’t the 305 contact the upper control arm on the OEM wheels? I have the 20” and will be sticking with the OEM, but it looks/feels like 285 may be max width (depending on tire). I have 5mm spacers already, so could probably go 295. Iow, you’ll need more offset to get the 305 tire, which a new wheel will provide.

Based on what I've read in other threads, there's been no rubbing in most cases with one report of minimal rubbing at full lock in another. Sounds like if you want to be ultra conservative, you can go with a 305/40/22 instead of a 305/45/22.
