is there a way to program my '99 Expy to whenever i put her in Park, that she unlocks ALL the doors instead of just the Driver's door? thanks in advance!

Not program in the classical sense but rewire. The Remote Anti Theft Module controls the Driver Unlock Relay, you could rewire so that it also controls the All Unlock Relay.

To me it is easier to just push the button....

i would agree, however i forget some times hit the button, especially when the wifey has to get little man out of the back seat.
