Looking at a 2003 Ford Expedition

I hope I'm not posting too late. Tomorrow me and my wife are going to look at a 2003 Ford Expedition 4x4. The only thing that concerns me at this point is it has 223,000 miles. It has the 5.4L. It is a one owner vehicle. No accidents reported. It was bought brand new in New Jersey. 2 years later in 2005 the owner moved to Georgia with it. I got this information from the Carfax. Is there anything I should look for specifically? I plan on taking it to a service shop for a pre-purchase inspection. Total out the door will be $3800.
