I just installed some SpecD Tuning projector headlights (http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/yhst-25962240138714_2093_468993895) on my 99 XLT. The right headlight seems to be getting very little power to it. I have the halos, LED's and brow light wired into the stock headlight wiring with a ground off of that to the frame but still little power. Also, the interior high beam light stays on but not at full power.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's the problem with crap quality headlights off ebay...

From what it looks like it takes your 9007 OEM imput and splits it into a high and low beam? What bulbs are they?

Have you put a multimeter to the high beam to see if it's getting full voltage? Have you tried another bulb in there?

As for the wiring, what are they wired to, the parking lights or the headlights?
