hmmm that is weird.... about your wife.... mine buys the stuff for my truck and she even helps wax the truck and prep it for shows... guess I got lucky on that.... LOL

Prime example I was gonna go for the cheaper DC=1 rims and she didn't like them so she said get the new DC=2s...

Hey, looks great man. Now I'm wanting to make one myself. Haven't looked on my truck yet but wondering if there is anyway to make mounts and bolt it on rather than welding in to the bumper?
Thanks

not with out drilling the bumper, only reason i welded mine on was couse at some point the entire bumpers comeing off and getting something new along with the front clip replaced, and my work scedule doesnt give me a lot of time, and then theres school, and wife and kids, so i keep it as easy as i can, but can still say yup, i built that, just like my truck, im am one of the very few who actually had done all the work myself, lift, and all, not many can say they did it with out help, all my works been done by just me. its a good thing

I here you there. Nothing better than sayin I'm the one who made that. Saves you a lot of money (but sometimes lots of anger) when you do your projects yourself. I'll have to come up with something for mine. Did you have any dimensions for it, or just make it as you went?

i built it to what i had pre cut and it worked well, cross bar 6 foot,, bends at 14 inches from each end and 4 foot matched bends, worked out well, my bender is just a conduit bender for now so im limited to bending angles, but it worked well for this
