navigator or expedition with rear air bags / running 285's?

Is anybody running 285's (33's) without removing the air bags system? I like the bags, but I want to run a 285/70/17 on the stock 7.5" wheel on my 2002 Navigator.

I'd love to see pictures if you have them handy. I'm likely buying tires this week....
