need a second air filter

i have a spectre CAI on my truck, I need a second filter for when i wash the reuseable one. should I buy another spectre filter or a AEM dry flow filter? which is better?

if its just for when you wash your filter. why not just get a paper one? since it is only going to be on for short periods of time.

I kinda worded it wrong, im going to use it as my secondary so i wash one put it away for next time, then when i need to clean this one i do the same. so I need a good secondary filter lol, specially cause in winter time I cant wash my filters outside and....yea not happening in the house lol

if its only for when your washing your primary... I would just buy a cheap second one for the use on letting the one dry

Its really up to you, but i threw the Spectra one away and got a Dryflow from day one!

No luck finding an air hog. May go with aem dry flow.....after I figure out this damn po176 code

sorry for replying so damn late, kinda forgot about the thread for a while. Im actually looking at a new intake setup actually something with a sealed filter such as a volant or true flow set up...Im playing with the idea of making my own using the stock air box but I dont know if that will be too restrictive
