Need help: Sunroof shade. How do you install one?

Just picked up a 03 Expedition w factory sunroof/dvd. For some crazy reason, it doesn't have the sunroof shade installed (I'm sure the prev owner pulled it out....why I have NO idea b/c the sunroof works fine and has no leaks) I went to a local junkyard that has 2 Expeditions that have the sunroof with the covers. The question is, how to I remove them? They definitely don't just pull right out and it *looks* like you have to remove the sunroof (by the allen screws I'm guessing) to get to the cover. Any suggestions or tips would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

this is what I found on removing the roof shield. its a two part. I have not done this procedure so I cannot help too much.
