Hi Everyone im new and have a problem with my 99 Ford expedition everything was running fine until one day i was sitting in the parking lot with truck running and i shut it off when i went to start it it started and when i put it in gear it died i found the fuse for the fuel pump blown i replaced it and as soon as i put it in gear it blew again so i figured my fuel pump was bad so i went and replaced the fuel pump and after i got it done i fired it up and it will sit there and idle with no problem until you put it in gear it blows the fuel pump fuse any ideas would be greatly appreciated cause this is my only vehicle i have and i need to get to work I have been looking and found this thing called fuel pump driver module? now is there such a thing on a 99 expo and if so where is it located,

Man, that is one long sentence....
Nothing shows for a fuel pump module on the component location pages. I'll flip through the book to see where the fuel pump is listed and let you know. Would be nice if was listed in the index.

Spoke to soon. Under engine controls they show a fuel pump module as part of the fuel pump assembly. Along with a fuel tank pressure sensor. All of which connect to the pcm. Send me a pm with your phone # and I'll take a pic of the wiring diagram to help get you started if you want.

Take the steering column apart and look for pinched and/or broken wires, especially ignition wires!

ok ill take the column apart and see if there is any wires bad thanks
