Ranch hand Legend grille guard

Yakima MegaWarrior with extension roof rack
rigid 40" LED light bar
BFGoodrich all terrains

I've got a couple more ideas for the future, but this is the "completed" list.

IMO freeway sols was good, but this one has potential to be better. if he puts a lift on it, it will take over. btw general where did you get the light bar? and if you dont mind me asking which body part did you sell to get it?

Thanks guys!

No lift in the future plans.

I lifted my last truck and all it caused were problems. I like the ride of the expedition way too much to compromise it for looks.

I got the light bar from AZoffroad.com. They now own my spleen. I'd say it was a good trade ;)

Yea, it is way overpriced, but after some testing tonight, and after using alll kinds of other off road lights (Hal,Hid, etc.) I have to say this is the brightest, cleanest light i've ever seen. Driving through mountain roads with no lights, and no passing cars for miles, it should be really effective at keeping me safe (and looking badass at the same time).

One day since installation and i've had 3 people ask me about iit at various spots. Gotta love the attention and the chance to meet some like minded people.

If I bought a muscle car, my Expedition would be bone stock... This is just an excuse at the moment to blow some cash til the 70 Chevelle SS454 makes its way into my garage, and bank account ;)

HIDs might have done the trick...lol...seriously...in the OEM housing...it will light up the road...many here talk about the glare and blinding on coming vehicles...i've been in another vehicle with my wife driving the truck...i didnt have any probs with it...and i've looked at it at night...doesnt seem bad at all

freeway HIDs are bright but they put out about 3000-3500 lumens(4300k). the rigid 40" bar puts out 15,800 lumens. just a lil bit brighter.

The HID's in oem housing are really great lights, but the LED bar is at a whole different level.

I got a nice shipment of add-ons from UPS today. All ready for a memorial day weekend in the garage.

kicker 6x8's for all doors
pyle 600 watt 4 channel amp
backup camera to mount right above hitch
16" flip down monitor to be mounted on the ceiling
100' of 0 guage wire to run everything and future stuff and have extra for another project
Viper 5904v alarm system with smartstart iphone connect
2 KC slimlites 100watt for the grille guard
And 3 25w switches that are a perfect fit in the slot to the left of the traction control and hazard button that was filled with a blank plate from the factory (really happy that they fit) its like they were straight from Ford.

I'm guessing I should have bought some Budweiser stock before I ordered all this stuff!

Next purchase is going to be a DC power 370 amp XP alternator to run everything and my trailer behind it (hence the 100' of 0 guage cable).

Someday i'll post some pics of the trailer which started out as a new 6x12 tandem axle, and is slowly turning into a mobile toolshed/photography studio/single camper (microwave, Air conditioning, heat, refrigerator, 42" LED tv, surround sound, etc.)

It's been angoing project for the last 3 months.
