I was browsing Craigslist when i came across a Pioneer Avh-4300dvd for $250. oddly enough Ive been eying one up for like 350ish online. It was new in the box (still had warranty sticker) and heres the awesome part, i got a set of 3 way component speakers included in the price (also new). Its all probably stolen ( i met the guy at at the "local" mall parking lot), but who cares. guy had some nice amps too

Pics if anyone's interested:

Like i said, its probally stolen, but im not going to lose any sleep over it. Its not like i did anything wrong. Only thing that sucks is now that I bought that stuff my air suspension took a crap on me. So i have a nice radio, and no suspension (im surprised how well it still drives with no springs). on the plus side it does hellacious burnouts now. I got yelled at at walmart for doing doughnuts (not the first time, and im sure not the last) So i get to go and buy the monroe conversion kit for it. I may do it this weekend. depends if I work saturday or not

Not bad, But they Really need a amp, there rated at 320W Rms, and 640 peak. the deck only puts out 15rms (i think) and 50 peak they distort like my old set of alpines used to on head unit at high volume. I haven't blasted them yet, im giving them a chance to break in, and im not going to pound them before I get a amp. I'm happy with them though. the only thing i don't like is that ****** drivers door rattles like a soab, I need to figure out why its doing that

i was eyeing up this amp, its cheap, and will sound better than head unit:
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_25324_Planet-Audio-AC1600.4.html

I cant track down a amp that puts out 320W rms that isnt meant for subs (ive found sub amps sound crappy when powering component speakers) So i figure that should put out at least 100Wrms

and before anyone comments yes I know that planet audio over rates their stuff, its probably only a 800W Peak amp and 100 Rms. But they are cheap, and they sound good for the money

I bought a amp for it the other day:
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_25320_Planet-Audio-AC2000.2.html
Seeing that planet sudio seirously overrates their stuff, it should be perfect for the speakers I installed, they claim 700W Rms at 2 ohm's, so I think that at 4 it will be at like 250 W Rms

I also picked up a amp wiring kit:
http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDetail.cfm?prodID=KOL-AK4
If anyone is looking for a very god quality 0gauge amp wiring kit, that's not ridiculous expensive, check them out. their wire is super flexible, Looks good, and comes with all the ends you will need to install it. Plus if you look up reviews on it it performs just as well as the $200+ kits

I plan on eventually installing some nice subs in my expy, and I plan on using their 0gauge kit, A optima battery, and a power bastards alternator

Heres the subs im eyeing up:
http://www.audioque.com/HDC312-Copper-Coil-Subwoofer_p_23.html

and the amp:
http://www.audioque.com/AQ2200D-Amplifier_p_31.html

Ive been doing some looking into audioque, most people haven't heard of the,, but the people who know of them haven't said anything bad about their stuff

I installed my amp today, speakers sound 100X better, i put it where the stock sub was. If anyone want Ill put up some pics of how I installed my sub wiring thopugh the firewall. It took me allot of dicking around to figure out a spot where i wont kill something by drilling though. Id put up a pic of the amp, but like I said its where the old sub was, so you cant see it
