Im looking into getting some power adders/mpg adders. Trying to improve efficiency for towing purposes.

Ive heard good things about SCT programmers. I found this one on ebay, and really like it. Especially considering I can remove my post cat O2 sensors. Allowing me to take the cats off

Next comes the intake. What are my options there? Obviously KN air intakes are well known, but who else makes them for the expy?

Finally comes the exhaust. Ive seen some very expensive exhaust systems out there. I dont really want to spend a huge amount of money on an exhaust that has minimal gaines. I saw on another post here, many people like the 40 series flowmaster muffler. Im assuming thats with a custom pipe from the cats?

Finally comes the wheels. Im looking for a 20" 5 or 6 spoke wheel. Nothing too flashy. One color. Chrome would probably be the easiest. Yet I cant seem to find anything for this bolt pattern.

there are PLENTY of rims for 5x135...PLENTY...victoriatires.com and superbuytires.com to start or just search 20 inch rims for expedition...sites are out there and u can go to a local rim shop

exhaust...flowmaster...Gibson...there are others and a thread that lists ALL on the market today

u cant have hp and mpg increase with our trucks...not at the same time so what are u going to pull cuz there are ppl on here that pull some heavy weight just fine...so its one or the other but not both at the same time unless u plan to use a programmer to switch between the two...

K&N...airaid...Volant and a couple others for intakes...GOTTS MOD...search that on here

On the Programmers: I have searched all over for a person to tune Expeditions. I live in South Texas 5 mins from the Rio Grande and I have look for a custom tune a laptop tune. I spoke to Spike Tuning, josh Tuning, HPE out of Houston, Murillo racing out of Cali, and everyone I have spoke to have referred to 5 Star Tuning as being the best in tuning Expeditions.

I have a K&N 77 series polished I love it you step on it and you can hear it suck in air and the pedal is way better and more throttle response too but I do agree they are expensive but the polished just looks well, built better than plastic but that's just me.

I would personally go with the Black tube K&N due to the fact that the Polished tube heats up and down here in south Texas the heat is crazy!!!

I would strongly suggest that you get the part number from the K&N site and shop around for it...
