Newbie with a question, go figure

Hello all,

Newbie to the Expedition scene. I have a question for you. I have a 2nd gen expedition with a sunroof. The overhead console Map light on the driver's side was separated from the console. When I went to remove the console, the housing (gray casing) broke. It felt brittle. I am wanting to replace just the housing. Does anyone know where I can find just the housing? All the components work and are in tact. Thank you for your help.

i went to the local dealer, and they said the part was obsolete. I am looking around local junk yards first.

Ok you have a 2nd Gen and looking at your screen name it could be assumed that it is a 05 but looking at your profile it shows an 03 Its always nice to post year etc. when asking for help It may save some confusion and you may get better answers Ford is well known for making changes from one model year to another
