Hey Guys.

I've got a 2000 Expy Eddie Bauer with a 5.4 in great shape.

So far I've done the Gott's mod, muffler delete and super chips tuner.

Full tune up done, injectors flushed, seafoamed. It runs great.

Trying to figure out what mods to do next.

Underdrive pulleys

Electric fans

Shorty headers (I've got one broken manifold stud currently)

Rear cat deletes

What order makes the most difference?

I personally would not recommend underdrive pulleys.

Shorty headers really will not do much for performance but should not hurt it either.

Many here have done rear cat delete with success. Not sure it help performance as much as sound.

I am kind of up in the air about electric fans. It will definitely reduce parasitic loss when its not being used and help the engine warm up faster. But it needs to be sized properly to give you adequate cooling depending on where and how you use your expedition. Many here do use them with success. I prefer the mechanical clutch fan due to the sheer volume capacity it provides plus I already have additional loads on my alternator with larger fuel pump and intercooler pump.
