Oil filter hose replacement?

I've searched, and all I can find are write-ups on the F150.

I need to replace the remote oil filter hoses on my wife's 99 Expedition. Looks super tight up my the block.

Do I need to drop the diff some? Or is there some room to get at the bolts?
