Hi. Can anyone tell me if that lever is supposed to pivot along its length? I figure it must move, within the slot in the dust shield, but does it pivot on what looks like a rivet between the side that stays inboard and the side that's within the rotor? Mine are frozen and rusted from winters in Buffalo, and I've sprayed and soaked them to see if they'll free up, but I'm beginning to think they're a solid unit that doesn't pivot on the arm that is attached to the brake cable. If they're meant to be solid then I'll use mine, but something doesn't seem right. Thanks!
