Hi,

On of my factory keys stopped working. It's clearly the pats system preventing the engine from starting. The 2 other keys are working.

Is there an easy fix for this like a resetting procedure or it's a mandatory trip to the dealer?

The truck is an 2010 Navigator.

Thanks

Keys do quit working from time to time. If you still have 2 different (not cloned) working keys you should simply need to purchase a new key and have anyone capable of cutting it do so, doesn't have to be a dealer. You can add a new key through through a learn procedure w the two other keys.

Get the new key now while you can still program it yourself easily. Once you're down to 1 key, it gets more complicated/costly.

You can add a key(s) with FORScan with just one key, if worst comes to worst.
