PCM Failure, now Display Screen Dead

As far as the screen. There is a reset procedure where you hold the forward seek button and power button down (I think, you’ll have to look it up) and it soft resets it. I’ve had that issue from time to time with mine. My 2019 Fusion Hybrid does this as well from time to time. Seems to be worse in cold weather.

I tried that several times as well as other variations but didn't work.

I left it at the dealership from 8:30 to 2:00 and they didn't even have time to look at it. Kind of makes it hard to purchase another Ford...

I'm scheduled to take it back on Monday to leave it there and they will have a vehicle for me to drive.

They are replacing the APIM. Now I will have a new PCM and APIM within 30 days...
