Power Door Locks

I checked the fuse, its good, all the actuators work, all the doors lock, there are no broken linkages, only the drivers door unlocks automatically. Any one else experienced this, and if you fixed it please help.

For my 99 there are two relays for unlocking the doors. One is for the driver door and the other is for the remaining doors. Both relays are located in the aux relay box #2 which appears to be located in the back driver side panel under the rear side window.

So I am wondering if I am having the GEM issue as I just started experiencing issues with the door locks. Just about 2 days ago the passenger rear door began intermittently not locking and now has stopped altogether. At the same time the Door Ajar light has come on and what I believe is related is the lights will not shut off for a few minutes. Anyone experience this? If so what did you do to fix?
