not hard at all. just make sure you state if you have tow hooks or not. the brackets are different. other wise just bolt the brackets on then bolt the bar on. its simple.

Mine does have the tow hooks. They have a phone number on the auction so maybe I will just give them a call to make sure on the brackets. Thanks for the replies!

looks good, very easy to install, i installed my grille guard by myself, hardest part is putting the bracket tow hook and bolt in place and tightening it up ( i was alone, coulda used 4 hands and only have 2, have a buddy help you and it will be easy...you also wont drop a tow hook on your forehead.....that hurt alot.
