Quick question on dash indication for 2H

When switching from 4A to 2H, the dash displays a “2H” in the lower left corner for about 5 seconds, and then it disappears. I swear that used to stay lit all the time when I was driving in 2H.??!! Am I going crazy? If I am in 4A, it continues to display “4A” the whole time, why is my 2H disappearing?

Mine does the same for the last 2 years.

Mine is that way as well. I think they want to remind you only in 4a and not 2h for some reason - maybe fuel economy.

Yeah I think 2 Hi disappears because that’s the intended default mode. Just like the 2wd only models.
