Rear Air Susp. Failure

01 Expedition 4x4 rear air suspension is all the way down.
Air compressor works, no broken union, front ok, all height sensors are hooked up, no hissing sounds. Tried to reboot with on/off switch about 20 times.

Do I spend the $99 dollars and have Ford troubleshoot?

Same Prob. with 98 Expedetion

I have the same exact problem, front works rear is all the way down, compressor dont cycle the front holds air. I checked the plunger in the rear and it makes all the servos click but nothing happins. Thanks KJW

I did in fact have a broken union (in line connector about an inch long and black for the air line below brake fluid reservoir). Replaced plastic union with a brass connector with valve from American Air suspension. Allows you to manually pump up system once the rear soleinoids open.
My 4-plug relay under front bumper is bad as well. "CK SUSP" light on ?
