So while I was trying to see if I could fix my stuck liftgate button, I also noticed that the defroster lines on my rear window were discolored, almost rust looking. It's a 2019 with almost 2k miles. I figured they would be black ha.

Yes, same on mine and I don’t recall having used it so probably from testing at factory.

I'm not sure if I have used mine either... I'm thinking not. Still odd tho. I'll ask a dealer one day

My 2019 had 500 miles on it when i bought it couple weeks ago, so, i'm not sure if the defroster's been used or not, but they're good. Glad about that and dont need another problem, since i'm already dealing with 2 other issues. 1.) windshield washer fluid bottle is draining out through the front camera washer nozzle and 2.) the lift gate button not working all the time.

For the time being, when you press the lift gate button, right after, press on the ridge of the trim piece just to its right, it'll probably work as it has on many of ours. Hopefully after the holidays my dealer will get mine in and figure it out.
