Replaced Hatch Actuator 3 times on 04 Expedition

I have a 04 Expedition where the rear door hatch actuator went out. When the vehicle is unlocked and you pull on the handle it does not open the hatch. I have to remove the panel to gain access to the Actuator and was able to get the hatch opened. I replace the actuator and checked to make sure the door opened, within a day it went out. Since the part come from a salvage yard I thought just a bad part. I bought a second one and replaced it again. Tested and worked fine. Later the same day tried it again and it was out. You pull on the handle and it will not open the hatch. I'm not sure what to look for from here.
