My Expy drifts a bit at higher speeds above 65mphs, would larger rims help stability? It has stock 16's inch on them. Was thinking of going with 18 and was wondering if that would help stability at all?

Sounds like you need to check out all the steering linkage, suspension parts and bushings as well as your tires. Wheel size won't change anything.

Drifting has nothing to do with rim size, but could be the tire tred as some tires will follow pavement lines cut for drainage. If it's happening on asphalt roads then it's something like your alignemnt, possibly not enough toe-in, or the steering linkage or rack is worn. Larger rims will reduce sidewall aspect ratio which is good for cornering as you get less sidewall flex but does make the ride stiffer.

X3 what the 2 previous posts say. Wheel size will do nothing for that problem. Tires or suspension are the key culprits, followed by the roads you travel.

if you have worn steering parts. bushings or bad alignment wider bigger tires will make it all worse

I found out my main issue was my right rear tire was low about 15lbs.. makes all the difference in the world. Doesn't drift as much but still doesn't feel too "tight" over 65-70mph going around turns on our toll road here.
Is there a way to tighten the suspension?

Also when I go over speed bumps it sounds like my shocks/struts make a knocking noise, I don't believe they are bad as my truck isn't sagging and it goes over the speed bumps fine but just wondering if they are close to being worn out?
