Hello everyone.
I have posted a thread about my '04 Eddie stalling problem a year ago and I received great advises and solutions. Long story short... My car every so often once in a blue moon would turn off completely while driving on a highway for example. Boom!!! Nothing not a sign , just nothing. It will start right up and drive with no problem for another couple of months. I was told it's my fuse box , actually one of the relays that goes to fuel pump that often gets burned out And... Bingo!!!! I took that fuse box all the way to Poland and my dad ( master mechanic) soldered the new one. (the old one was literally melted) . So after like a 2 years of wondering "what the heck" I was relieved that was it. We installed fuse box right back and she started like she was never broken (after 4 months of just sitting on the driveway). 2 months went by and she is purring like a kitten... well until l today actually... It happened again!!!!! I was coming to the stop before speed bump and I felt I don't have steering power and a familiar BEEP (dashboard control) I was like " nooo not again!!" but I started her right away and came home with no problem. After I parked I opened fuse box and didn't smell anything burned but everything was very hot!!! My husband is planning to make bypass from driver's side air vent to blow the air on it so it won't overheat. We are living in Emirates where average temperature is 95 degrees all the time... I'm wondering if that's the problem as well....

Sounds like you are having too much current draw on the printed circuit board in the central junction box for that circuit. What fails is the weakest link of the circuit and is acting the same way a breaker does.

The proper way to fix the problem is to determine the amount of current draw it is using then use that info to repair or replace the portions of the circuit that are the problem.

The heat of where you are is a slight problem but not the main cause.

Thanks we will look into it this weekend, I was also thinking if my alternator isn't messing up here. I forgot to mention that couple of days ago when I started the engine "check charging system" came on for a sec and disappeared. Also at least twice while I was driving I could feel a surge. My lights would go dim and my ac would get quiet for a just a sec and then everything goes back to normal. My dad suggested that may be alternator puts too much amperage too... Well long Saturday for me I guess...

Your problem isn't too much amperage. Amperage is based on the design & build of the components. A 200 amp alternator will not suddenly put out 300 amps the go back to normal. The amount of amp output is based on battery sense voltage and total resistance of the electrical loads that are active.
Make sure your battery connections are clean and tight first. Also start with a fully charged battery.

Temp outside is definitely not your issue. I’m in Florida and average temp here is well over 95. It would definitely be something is pulling much more power than it should and it is causing the box to get hot. Could be as simple as a component not having a good electrical connection and causing the resistance to be greater than normal.
