Starter replacement top bolt

OMG...what idiot engineer designed this cluster??? How do you get the very top bolt out...the other thing is getting it back in...I got everything undone except the top bolt...be the last time I replace something that is not broken...LMAO...

OK, today took a fresh look at the starter and this top bolt...I got it out...here is what it takes...a person underneath the truck guiding a 13mm socket with a swivel and a 2ft extension coming through the wheel well and then put a ratchet on the end of that...went back in the same way.

I'm guessing it was the same idiot that was in charge of placing the spark plugs and CoP's on the 5.4L... Those suckers are a pain.
