Hey Guys
Do any of you have problems with the end links breaking?
I have had 3 break on me, is it cheap bolts or is it somthing to do with the torsion key lift.
Anyone else have this problem?

I haven't rehooked mine up in 5 years.... seems like a waste of time. Just break anyway.

There is a sweet spot for tightening those links. If they are too loose, they will hammer and break. If they are too tight, they will chew through the bushing and then eventually break.

I've also found that if your shock bushings are worn, it will beat up those sway bar links. The previous owner of my truck didn't put the sleeves in the bottom shock mounts. I didn't notice it until I was under it to replace a broken sway bar link.

The last thing to do is to disconnect both sides of the sway bar and measure it against the frame to make sure that it's not bent.
