Tag lights? Everything good till I start driving?

I currently Installed these on my 2000 expy everything works when I hit the lock button lights flash cool. But when I drive off they don’t light up?? Reverse,parking, and turn signals are all functioning properly. Can it be a fuse if so which one?

I have ones similar, plugged in, no issues. Maybe try another pair
