Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Tasca Parts to return something ordered?

I applied on their site four times in the past three weeks. No reply.

Their website says I must apply for a Return Authorization Number.

Their phone is disconnected "due to the COVID crisis"

Four emails have been ignored.

The "handy Chat feature" mentioned on their website is not there.

Anyone have any suggestions that have been successful for you. This is a $120 return, so I don't want to walk away from it.

I looked on their FB page and there are quite a few complaints about poor / no communications. I've had decent service from them the last few times I ordered (in 2024) but I didn't have to speak to anyone or return anything. After seeing all those complaints about communication, I'll not use them again.

I would suggest making some noise on Tasca Ford's website and Facebook pages that may get you somewhere.

Just put a call through to their president's office. Left another message #5. Operator told me they shut down all Internet parts phones and Chat sites for customer service. I spent lots of money with these people. Alas, they are no good now. Guess I have to backcharge the American Express.

I ran an IT services / support company for 30 years and although we had voice mail and call forwarding and every other thing you can think of. Our support lines were always live answered.

I used Tasca for a long time as well with good luck. Such a shame they have gone downhill.

Last year I decided I would use them only as a desperate last resort due to multiple orders they could not fulfill. One they showed 24 items in stock, after about a month they reported they couldn't find any. So I did at least get notified on that one.

I've noticed that they (Tasca) has bought up some of the Ford dealers in Westchester NY (Yonkers, Scarsdale), maybe their focus is no longer on the discount parts business. If that is the case they should just shut down Tascaparts.com, instead of continuing to piss people off, until someone with a Ford corporate connections makes some phone calls.

Bob Sr. has got to be spinning in his grave. This is sad to read.

Anyone reading what I am going through should understand the hell they would face if they had any problem with a TASCA order.

I gave them a lot of business over the years. There is simply no way to contact them now or to return any part.

I have to find a new supplier that discounts Ford parts. My local dealers charge list price + 25%.

They have literally bought up 50% of the dealerships (across all brands) in our area (NY/Westchester. Should just shut down Tascaparts.com and I guess they need to change their logo now as well.
