I have a 1999 5.4 Eddie Bauer
can anyone tell me what the tracking/wheel alignment settings should be.
Also I have fault codes PO 171 and 174
to lean bank 1 and 2
both oxygen censors have been changed but the same fault still appears

You have a vacuum leak in the intake system. Use a smoke test machine to find all vacuum leaks and fix them.

Check the hose + rubber elbow from the PCV to the rear of the intake. That elbow deteriorates with age.
