I don't know much about options for replacing the TB, but I do know that the spacers are no good performance wise. Some people like the whistling sound they create, but they do not add any hp's like they advertise.

I know it's 3in external diameter which would be 75mm not sure if they are measured internal or external. I do know that bbk makes a polished 75mm. It's a little pricey. But I did find another company that makes a 75mm also that is polished and that company also has a polished intake neck as an option to go with it. I'll see if I can find it again and put the link up. I think it was about $400 for the package.

Baker,

different sentiments on cleaning the inside of the throttle body and the back of the butterfly plate as they're supposedly coated from the factory with a 'film' of type. it is important to make sure that the passages are clean though; i used a pipe cleaner and some sea foam deep creep cleaner on mine.

Sure others w/ more experience &/or in the business will chime in.

I unbolted and cleaned my throttle body with carb cleaner spray and a tooth brush and cleaned plentum same way still attached I just left it sit till I knew all carb cleaner evaporated. I even went a step farther and took my dremel to the back of the screws sticking out that hold the butterfly in until they were flush. Saw it on YouTube.
Every little bit helps :)
