2026 Ford Expedition Tremor towing Operations-

Day one, FAAFO.

I set a profile for my trailer and went to use the pro trailer option, and it was not available.

Putting the Expedition in Trailer Tow Mode, moving forward and on the highway, easy day. It was actually pretty amazing with the new screen information.

Backing up... it was like I was 16 and my dad was watching me crash into the garage with his trailer. Something is truly different here and I need to get it squared away fast.

Details...

Has it been on the dealership? My old Raptor did that, it wasn't reading the sticker well to engage it

Seems like a silly guideline, but cleaning off the rear camera lens before using Pro Trailer definitely makes a difference.

2026 Ford Expedition Active towing -

How does your suspension hold up your towing load, e.g., car is too low, porpoising down the road, etc???

Without my towing mirrors added to the stock, i can't back up my RV. The angles from the stock mirror make you think you are going straight but are actually turning.

What are you guys having problems with when backing ???? I have a 2019 with tow package, standard mirrors (no extensions or clip ons) and tow a 28 foot Jayco with standard 8 foot width. Never have a problem towing or backing into spaces.
Just takes plenty of practice.....taking the rig out once or twice a year won't hack it. You need to practice enough that it just becomes second nature.
