As long as you can find a place that will work with you setting up the WD.

I don't have my own personal family just yet, but I found a place that we have looked at travel trailers before and it seems like they'll help us set up a WD hitch and everything. It's a one stop shop kind of place they sell brake controllers, WD hitches and more. I already plan to have my brake controller though just hope they will help me set up my WD hitch which I think they will.

So that I can set it up myself instead of having someone else do it? I read a very informative article on how to find out the tongue weight.

Well guys, looks like I'm going to be a trailer owner before I thought today my wife went and looked at a few and saw some she really liked, but tomorrow there's supposed to be one better coming in so tomorrow may be an owner of a travel trailer super pumped right now!

Well guys my wife and mother in law got in at midnight last night with the trailer, my wife told me the truck pulled it fine with no struggle. I will take a picture when I get off and post it, its a 30ft Jay Flight believe the weight is 7,000lbs and wife also said it hardly swayed.

That I'm not sure I know the truck does, but regardless my wife and I are going to get some sway bars for it

well if you are saying "my wife and I are going to get some sway bars for it"
Then I would most likely say that she was towing it without sway control.

And I wonder how you know the truck has sway control as sway control is the bars you add to the hitch.
I think you are referring to the equalizing bars which attach to the hitch head
a sway bar also attaches to the hitch head via a small ball and attaches to another small ball mounted on the side of the trailers A-Frame

When I went to the ford iris I think it is, it was an option that was added because it showed sway control. Unless there's a specific way to turn it on?

Okay thank you so much.

Well as promised here's a picture of our trailer. I'll get one of it hooked up when I leave for the next job.

Hurry up and tell how towing is!

I have a 2006 King Ranch 4x2 with 3.31 ratio. I'm about to buy a Outback Terrain 210TRS 22' 4700lbs TT. Dealer is installing WD w/ sway bars hitch, 7pin w/ for electric brakes with controller. Freaked out i'm gonna burn up my truck but what I read on here I should be okay.

Yes you'll be fine, I didn't physically pull mine but my wife said it pulled it fine with no issues.
