I have a busted 2000 Expedition 5.4 AWD XLT. The spark plug keeps blowing out needs a new head. So I need to know if it can be towed or does it need to be flat bedded. I do not want to burn up the transfer case. I heard that some AWD vehicles have to be flat bedded. Anyone know the answer?

To be safe if your going to tow You can disconnect the drive shafts from the front and rear axels

If you do this make sure you mark the bolt locations for when it comes time to re-connect the shafts.
