Do you have a weight distribution hitch or any airbags, etc? My trailer will weigh less, you are really helping me feel better about towing!

Towing 8900lbs doesn't prove anything. Try towing that up a 10-mile hill through the rockies on a 90-degree day without your engine overheating. Or down that same hill without your brakes frying. Towing limitations are calculated on less-than-ideal scenarios.
