Does anyone have a photo of their vacuum hoses that are installed correctly. Mine got messed up replacing the AC and I’m afraid I won’t connect it correctly.

I have a 2003 EB Expedition 5.4 :)
Please help :)

'03 5.4 here. If you can tell me specific areas you need, I'll go snap photos or even post a vid to YouTube if that'll help. Let me know.

I have the same vehicle, and would love to help, but I believe some of the vacuum hoses for the AC are near the firewall behind the battery. Can't get a photo without taking out the battery.

I have that same problem with the lines that come out from behind battery and connect to that solenoid and then connect where? I've been looking for a diagram for vacuum and AC lines so I can replace and get everything back working right. 03 5.4L 4x4 EB .

Those are the base numbers, which is a portion of the part number. That 1st diagram is also only for the front 4wd hubs. In that diagram the vacuum harness that often fails due to age is Ford P/N 4L3Z-3A788A-AA, the base number is 3A788.

Ok. Thanks whtbronco. When I get the chance I'll take pics of the area and get back with you. Someone sabotaged my vehicle, and haven't been able to find any diagrams, pics or anything to know what's missing/cut to fix. Don't have washer fluid at wipers and 4x4 lights in dash will come on briefly on occasion.

I went back looked at your pic and diagram. That's exactly where mine is cut and missing that check valve and what it connects to. Thank you thank you thank you whtbronco. You're a lifesaver!!

Trace the washer fluid hose from the jets in the cowl to the washer fluid reservoir. The hose connects to the pump at the bottom of the tank. Could be as simple as a broken or disconnected hose. Have someone try to spray washer fluid while you listen for the washer pump in the washer fluid reservoir. On my 2004 the fuse 113 is for both the front wipers and washer pump.

For the 4WD lights you'll be best off to get it scanned for codes, but the scanner at the local parts store might not read the 4WD codes.
