2022 Expy Max with rattles in vista roof after 40,000 miles. Rattle only occurs over bumps when glass is fully closed. No rattle in the vent position. Just started investigating a solution.

Yep.. Our 21 sunroof has made noise pretty much since new. Had the dealer look at it once (don't remember what they did) and I just recently did the TSB with the Krytox grease. It helped a little but it still makes noise. Poor design IMO. If anyone has a permanent fix please let me know.
