what's with the many 2017s I see on the market

I’ve been down this “buy used and get extended warranty” thing a few times... if you’re going to go that route, here’s my recommendation:
1. Buy the vehicle with at least 6000 miles of factory warranty left, this will give you time to work out bugs under the original warranty period.
2. Buy from a Ford dealer.
3. Buy the Ford Premium Care Warranty that most closely matches your predicted driving miles and payment term. Use the warranty purchase as a negotiating item, the pricing of these are definitely negotiable.
